The registration fee includes:
- Access to plenary, parallel and poster sessions
- Welcome reception on Monday, 4 August 2025
- Coffee breaks and lunch as per programme
Online attendance
Online participants have access to the livestream of the plenary and parallel sessions only. Presenters must attend in person, as presentations cannot be delivered online.
Frequently asked questions
Notification of cancellation of registration must be sent by email to isae2025@congressbydesign.com.
- For cancellations received up to and including 3 June 2025, a cancellation fee of 25% will be charged.
- For cancellations received on and after 4 June 2025, no refund will be given, full amount required.
- Transferring the registration to another participant is not accepted, unless the participant is from the same company. A handling fee of EUR 40 per registration will be charged for every modification received after 4 June 2025.
- All refunds will be processed after the congress.
- Travel and accommodation will not be reimbursed.
We accept payments by Mastercard and Visa. Any additional fees (e.g. bank charges) are at own expense. Payments by Apple Pay and Google Pay are also accepted.
If you need a letter of invitation for your visa application, please contact the ISAE 2025 Congress Secretariat: isae2025@congressbydesign.com. Please note that a letter of invitation will only be sent after payment of the registration fee and will only mention the congress registrant not accompanying persons (if applicable).
